Customer satisfaction is important to Hansen 3D Creations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resellable condition
• Include proof of purchase
Return Authorization
Customers must contact our support team before returning any product.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue
We may offer:
• Replacement product
• Refund
• Store credit
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
